When can I stay using the sale discount?

Stay between 6 March and 30 April 2025. Please note, certain dates are not included.

Why can't I see the sale rate?

The number of rooms on sale is limited – once they're gone, they're gone! If the sale rate is not showing up, it means rooms are sold out for that specific date. But don't give up just yet! Try another date before 1 May 2025, or search the same dates for another hotel.

If I alter my booking during the sale, will my discount still apply?

The rate you have booked is specific to our hotel and the stay dates listed. If you change or cancel your booking, the sale rate might not be available any more. Cancellation terms vary per the hotel and rate you choose during booking.

Can I apply the sale rate to an existing booking?

No, this discount can't be combined with any other promotion and doesn't apply to current reservations.

How many people are allowed in one room?

Our beds are huge, but we only allow two people per room (three if the third is a child under 10).

I need more than one room, can I still use this deal?

You may book up to 10 rooms with this deal. If you need more than 10 rooms, different rates and conditions will apply. This deal can't be combined with alternative promotions and doesn't apply to current reservations.

What is mycitizenM+?

It's a hotel membership with all the perks of a loyalty programme (discounts on every stay, guaranteed rooms, without the weird levels and points to collect.
