Until what time is the front desk open?
Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
Do I need an ID when checking in?
All staying guests must present a valid ID upon check in - this includes the second guest in the room (we allow a maximum of 2 people per room). International travellers must present a valid passport. Domestic travellers must present a Driver's License, or Non-Driver ID card, or DoD card. Sorry, we cannot accept photos of documents. The name on the credit card used to check-in must match the photo ID shown.
What is the check in time?
All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.
Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.
Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.
Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.
What is the check out time?
Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 39 USD(+taxes) during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.
Do you provide laundry service?
There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at citizenM hotels, but our ambassadors are happy to recommend local cleaners and laundromats if you need one.
Do you have a gym ?
So the clock says it's 3.00 AM, but your body says it's workout time. Who are we to stop ya? Our gym is open 24/7 for lifting, squatting, pedalling and more. Selfie taking? That's ok too. Whatever lifts your spirits, citizen.
Can I rent a bike?
We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Can I add breakfast to the booking?
Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same. Breakfast is free for all children age 10 or less, as long as the adults purchase breakfast too.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 19USD. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.
Do you provide breakfast for people with dietary requirements?
Yes, our breakfast has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
