How do I sign up?

When do I pay?

You will pay for your chosen membership package at the moment of purchase.

How long am I signing up for?

The business membership is for one year.

Can I pay for team members?

Whichever group (up to 3, 4-6, 7-10) your team fits, you pay for that group. For example, if you’d like to buy 5 memberships, you pay for the 4-6 people group. The more people in your group, the better the discount.

How do I buy more than 10 memberships?

That’s great! Email us at sales@citizenm.com – and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Can I buy a monthly membership for my team?

At the moment, there are only annual business memberships – so you only need to pay once for an entire year.

When will I receive my invoice? Does it automatically renew every year?

You’ll receive an invoice for the total amount immediately after membership purchase. The membership will automatically renew one year from the day you signed up. Feel free to cancel the renewal any time by logging into your citizenM account and visiting the 'membership' section in your profile dashboard.

Can a friend (family member, colleagues, etc) use my membership to book rooms?

No – it’s your membership so you (or whoever on your team is staying) will need to be at the hotel.
