- Book via our app for a free welcome drink.
- Certain dates are excluded. If opening rate is not available, it is sold out for those dates.
- Minimum length of stay is two nights.
- Cancel your booking for free until 6.00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Blackout dates may apply for hotel room reservations.
- The number of rooms on sale is limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.
- The rate you book is specific to that hotel and stay date. If you change or cancel your booking, the original rate might not be available anymore.
- mycitizenM+ members can book up to two rooms. Our beds are huge, but we only allow two people per room.
- Need more than 11 rooms? Send an email to groups@citizenm.com to check availability.
- The usual standards and conditions apply to mycitizenM+ members booking the opening offer rate.
- Guaranteed availability for mycitizenM+ members refers to a guaranteed room (given 48 hours notice), not citizenM Miami South Beach sale. If opening offer rate is not available on a certain date, mycitizenM+ rate (based on Best Available Rate) will still be available.
