- By participating in this citizenM competition, you (the participant) agree to the following terms and conditions.
- This competition is organised by citizenM Operations Holding B.V., located at Leidseweg 219, Voorschoten, the Netherlands.
- Information about how to enter and the prizes are part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions is invalid.
- Participants must be at least 18 years. Employees of citizenM, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition cannot partake in the competition.
- There’s a maximum of one entry per participant (as represented by email) for this competition.
- Participation process: Book via the citizenM website or app and stay at least one night (between 12 February and 30 April, 2025) in any of the four citizenM London hotels to enter the giveaway. Deal applies to all bookings made between 12 February and 30 April, 2025. Previous bookings do not apply. To participate in the giveaway, you must give marketing consent on the ‘enter details’ page at check-out. Click the box ‘yes, send me offers by email’.
- The prize: A consecutive two-night stay in any of citizenM’s 18 European hotels. The stay dates are between 12 May until 31 December, 2025. The stay is free, but city taxes may apply (e.g. in Rome).
- The opening date for entries is 12 February, 2025 and the closing date of the competition is 30 April, 2025 at 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be included.
- 50 winners will be drawn from qualifying London Giveaway entries. The prize winner(s) will be picked at random, and notified privately via email. To claim their prize, winners need to make their booking between 12 May and 23 May, 2025 (by noon CET), using the email they entered the giveaway with. Some properties may be sold out – and the deal can only be used once. If the booking is not made by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be determined and notified as indicated above.
- Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, citizenM reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Prizes may be subject to income tax in the jurisdiction of the participant. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree any taxes, duties, or other fiscal obligations arising from the acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- By entering the competition, participants agree citizenM may use his/her/their name, image and photographs for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation – and agrees citizenM will own copyright in any such images, photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Statement, available at: citizenM.com/privacy-statement – and also according to any applicable laws and regulations.
- Incomplete or illegible entries, as well as entries not complying with the terms and conditions, will be rejected. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group entries will be accepted. Any attempted interference with the running of this competition will result in a void entry.
- citizenM will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information concerning this competition or any technical errors that may occur during administration of this competition.
- citizenM reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in exceptional circumstances outside its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by citizenM.
- The decision of citizenM regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Any complaints regarding the competition must be sent in writing to citizenM, Leidseweg 219, 2253 AE Voorschoten, the Netherlands – or via marketing@citizenM.com.
- This competition shall be governed by Dutch law and the Dutch Code Promotional Games of Chance. Any disputes will be exclusively dealt with by the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
