mycitizenM+ is a hotel rewards program unlike any other. There's no waiting, no levels to achieve, no points to collect, no minimum spend. Simply sign up for one year and enjoy all the perks immediately.
The price of the membership ($120 / £90 / €100 for a year) gives you incredible value from your very first stay. You'll see the room rate savings while you book the member rate, and save up to $79 with your free late check-out, and up to $125 with a free premium view. At peak travel times (for example, a long summer weekend in New York), your savings could add up to $300 for a single stay.

When do I pay?
This is a ONE YEAR membership - you pay either when you sign up, or at the end of a free trial (if a free trial is available).
Pay when you sign up - make one payment only for the entire year.
Pay while booking a stay – select your member rate, sign up to the membership, then finish your booking (in other words, just follow the flow).
If you start your membership with a free trial, your payment will be collected the day after your free trial ends (unless you cancel). We will send you a reminder email before the end of the trial to ask if you want to continue.

You are signing up for one year.
You might have caught a special promotion - for example, a free trial for two months. In this case, the free trial period is added at the start of the membership. So with a two-month free trial, your membership will last 14 months - two months for free, 12 months paid. During the free trial, you can cancel your membership anytime with no obligation, and the 12-month paid period will not begin.

All memberships come with a 14-day cancellation period if you change your mind.
If you start with a free trial, you can cancel your membership anytime during the trial period with no obligation, and the 12-month paid period will not begin.
To cancel your membership, log into your citizenM account, go to the 'membership' section, then follow the steps. We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation and the remaining terms (remaining time, how many payments still remain, etc).
If you want to cancel after the 14-day period passes, you can do so via your member dashboard. The membership will continue until the end of its one-year term (which means you can keep using your perks), but it will not renew automatically.

Can I book more than 2 rooms with my membership?
You can book a maximum of 2 rooms per stay with your member discount - one for you, and one or your best travel buddy (or two buddies). It's nice to travel with friends!
There is no limit to your stays - you can book as many as you like per year - only to the number of rooms. If you need 3 rooms or more, those rooms need to be booked separately at the regular stay price.

How do I use my food and drink discount?
Download the citizenM app and log in with the same email you used to purchase your membership. You'll see your member ID on the app home screen. Show this ID at the bar whenever you buy food and drinks. You get 15% off everything, excluding breakfast, and excluding alcohol in Boston (state rules).
If you already have the app, but your member status is not showing, please upgrade your app to the latest version. You may need to sign in again after app update.
At the moment, the discount will not be added to orders placed via the app - you need to order with an ambassador at the bar.

Are rooms with premium views always available?
There are only a few rooms with premium views per each hotel - when a hotel is fully booked, this perk is not guaranteed to be available.
The rooms with premium views are always on the middle to high floor in these hotels:
